Polysitec® can bring you several solutions for Watertight manhole covers with gasket and screws and anti-odour covers with siphonic closing and without screws. Use: for access and inspection of boxes, underground junction chambers, purification treatment plants, etc. Traffic: pedestrian, A15, B125, C250, D400, E600 and reinforced for F900. Dimensions: square, rectangular, circular, multi-cover, modular, customised to measure. Format: non-slip, smooth, fillable, concreteable, for flooring or paving with different filling heights. Options: hinged, assisted opening and closing with gas pistons or Inox springs, with drains, customized logo, type of seal, etc. Materials: of Galvanised steel and GV hot-dip, Stainless Steel AISI 304 or 316L, Aluminium, Composite Polyurethane with fibreglass reinforcement (PU with FV) and Ductile cast iron. Certifications: material, tightness, load resistance, hygienic certification, sketches, D400 fillable covers, etc. Origin: manufactured in Europe. C250 traffic.

– A subsequent hot-dip galvanisation at 450ºC – GVC: provides a cover system tampa Hydra Plus with fillable height of R25 R50 R75 a greater layer of zinc than electro-galvanisation. It does not rust and is more durable than covers made from folded, welded galvanised sheet metal and painted with Zinc Spray. Heavy traffic until C250.
